Refund/Exchange Policy
for Balance Bracelets

Exchanges:
When you receive your bracelet, try it on; if necessary, adjust it according to the directions on the card in the bracelet box. If you do not have a comfortable fit, repackage the bracelet in the original packagingx and put it in the mail, post marked within 3 business days of receiving it. Include a copy of your sales receipt with your return/exchange. Indicate on the sales receipt the size you wish us to send. The new size will be shipped the day we receive your exchange request unless that size is on back order (rare). Prompt return of bracelets requiring an exchange is absolutely necessary. There is no charge for size exchange shipping.

Refunds:
We offer a generous extended refund policy.

You may wear your bracelet for 45 days before deciding it is not helpful for you. To receive a refund, send your bracelet back (post marked within 60 days after the date on your sales receipt) packaged in the original bracelet box with the warranty card (stored in the lid) and a copy of your sales receipt. Write your credit card number and card expiration date on the sales receipt so we may refund your money promptly. We do not store customer credit card information Any bracelet received more than 60 days after purchase will not be eligible for a refund. There are no exceptions to this policy other than those bracelets returned due to a manufacturer's defect. You DO NOT need to call for a return authorization number if you have your sales receipt and original packaging. Call 800 224 8912 if you have misplaced your sales receipt and ask for your sales receipt number so you can include this number with your return.

Manufacturing Defect Warranty:
Although rare, occasionally one of our handmade bracelets has a manufacturing defect. All manufacturing defects are covered by a replacement within 6 months from the purchase date on the sales receipt. Defective bracelets must be returned with a copy of the sales receipt. A replacement of the original size and design will be sent to the original customer.

CMO Refund Policy

After marketing CMO+ products since 1995, we are well aware that approximately 10% of our customers do not realize measurable benefits after completing 60 - 120 CMO+ capsules. For that 10% of customers we provide the following refund opportunity.
 

Our policy provides a refund for a maximum of two bottles of CMO+ or two packages of CMO+HPR. Refund requests mailed with your sales receipt, credit card information and empty bottles for U.S. customers, must be received by us between Day 60 and Day 90 following your purchase date. This generous policy allows you sufficient time, after finishing 2 bottles, to evaluate your benefits from CMO+. If you decide, after purchase, to not take our product, you will receive your refund when the factory-sealed bottles are returned to us in resalable condition.

Please tell us what you were treating and inform us that you have received absolutely no benefit from CMO+ or CMO+HPR. This information will help us to better serve our future customers. We will credit your refund to the credit card you used to purchase your CMO+ products. Your refund will appear on your next statement as a credit from PermaHEALTH, Inc.

 
We now know that if a person does not receive any benefit within 60 days after taking 2 bottles (120 capsules) of CMO+ there is little chance that CMO+ is the answer for their problem. At this point you may want to consider that possibly another health challenge, such as low thyroid, sluggish liver or digestive function, or mycoplasma infection is interfering with the ability of CMO+ to work in your body. We suggest 2 bottles before trying other alternative solutions as some users do not notice benefits until several weeks after finishing 120 capsules. This product is dose related so finishing the bottle (or 2) is important. This is particularly true for customers with RA and Fibromyalgia. Those with a history of taking immune suppressing medications may notice only modest improvement after 2 bottles (an indication that CMO is working) and will probably elect to continue with additional CMO treatment. Slow steady improvement will finally give these users a better quality of life. A few have needed 6 bottles.
