I am a weekend athlete. I take a bottle of CMO once a year as advised by my Ironman coach to prevent arthritis from ocurring in my stressed joints. So far so good.. no joint pain.. I'm 33 ..

I took one bottle of CMO capsules for arthritis in my feet. I can tell you that this is an amazing product.
I wear orthotics but have no more foot pain and can walk for miles
My podiatrist suggested CMO. He's a golfer and has used it himself witl great results so he now recommends it to all his patients.
